Action: I attended a course on Active Citizenship and Voter Education, delivered by ChangeMakers in Buncrana, and I learned about how local and national political systems work in Ireland and the importance of civic engagement. This gave me the knowledge and confidence to exercise my own right to vote here and I now encourage and empower other people in my community to participate in active democratic decision-making also.
